You’re Never Weird on the Internet (Almost) by Felicia Day
From the opening introduction of her awkward encounter in a small town Build-A-Bear store to her candid discussion of anxiety, the narrative is quirky, bizarre, inspiring, frightening, and surprisingly relatable. Her wide range of experience is balanced by her descriptions of a, shall we say, non-traditional upbringing. Well, that and her love of Photoshop. Reading it makes me laugh, cry, and believe even more firmly in the limitless power of pancakes.
Also, I want to start a collection of her motivational coffee mugs . . .
